Meet the team at Little Forest Childcare & Forest School
Tracy
is a Level 4 Early Years Educator and an advanced Forest School leader, Paediatric First Aider and Safeguarding Officer. Tracy has been graded outstanding by Ofsted on numerous occasions throughout her career in childcare. Tracy lives on site with her husband and 3 children.
Pauline
is a qualified Early Years Teacher and an advanced Forest School leader, Paediatric First Aider, Safeguarding Officer and Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Pauline has been graded Ofsted Outstanding on numerous occasions in her childcare career.
Stella
Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification and Paediatric First Aider.
Summer
has experience of working in before & after school clubs along with teaching children’s gymnastics, Summer holds a sports level 3 qualification and is a Paediatric First Aider, Summer is currently undertaking her Level 3 Early Years Educator.

We work closely with 2 other local settings who are equally as passionate about the benefits of outdoor learning as we are.
The Ofsted Outstanding Clophill Preschool are an outdoor setting who cater for children from age 2 to 5 years.
The Fledglings, is a part time provision for children aged 4 to 7 year olds offering quality education with a focus on emotional well being and intelligence and we love their ‘go outside grow outside’ vision.
